Jamie Trull has a Bachelor’s in Analytical Finance and a Master’s in Accountancy from Wake Forest and became a CPA. She started her career at Ernst & Young, one of the Big 4 public accounting firms. Then she spent 10 years in the Coca-Cola system, rising to a leadership role in Finance.
She is a self-proclaimed “numbers nerd.”
Anyway, she started her company in 2018 to help women entrepreneurs reach for their dreams and achieve their financial goals.
Back in January 2021, I was determined to focus on my business not just working in my business. I put in a ton of hours and volunteered with small businesses and nonprofits for more than 1500 hours in 2020 to help them survive the pandemic. Now, it was time to pay the mortgage.
I was very skeptical that she could deliver what she said she was going to provide which was:
- A system that would allow me to frequently and reliably pay myself
- Never have to guess at whether I “should” make a purchase
- Work less and pay myself more
Okay. So she was going to tell me to raise my prices, right?
However, being affordable for small businesses and nonprofits is one of the most important things I do and why I started my company.
She delivered on everything she promised and more!
I was blown away.

It felt like she was leading the way without forcing me to do anything that would go against my goals. She actually never told me to raise my prices.
She gave me the tools that provided insight into what things cost and my community group helped me work through packages that I could deliver for clients at reasonable prices that would still allow me to pay myself.
Her worksheets are the bomb.
I love Excel and I must admit that Jamie’s Excel sheets are amazing. I pull out my pricing sheet at least once every couple of weeks and quote all my new projects on it. Don’t like Microsoft? She provides Google Sheets versions too.
Jamie is so approachable and non-judgemental. She is a realist that is able to back up everything she shares.
Buying Jamie’s course was the best investment I have ever made in my business.
What is Jamie Trull’s Financial Fitness Formula?
A step-by-step roadmap to maximizing your profit and managing your cash in a way that works for YOU. A way to break the overwhelm-anxiety-shame cycle and take CONTROL over your business finances once and for all in a way that serves YOU best! And you can do it in under 60 days.
Wondering if Financial Fitness Formula is right for you?
The quiz will give you your next step to a more profitable business.
Wondering if you can join if you are male? Yep. I had a man in my community group and he added just as much value because numbers don’t see if we are a he, she or non-binary. Come as you are and be yourself.
I have a service-based business, what if you have a product-based business? Jamie has a worksheet for that.
No matter what your business or business model I truly believe that Jamie’s Financial Fitness Formula will work for you.
I would be happy to talk to you about the course, just reach out and contact me if you have any questions.
Who shouldn’t take Financial Fitness Formula?
If you cannot afford the class without a loan or putting it on credit. Jamie doesn’t want you to go bankrupt and neither do I.
Don’t take the course if you already know everything.
Don’t take the course if you aren’t going to invest any time in yourself or your business. You will get out of this course what you put in it. Now, Jamie will tell you there is no behind. You can go at your own pace, and sometimes work does get in the way, but you really want to do what you can so you can ask questions during her live Q&As and it will help you hold yourself accountable.
